All copayments and unpaid deductibles are due at the time of service. Unpaid balances must be paid in order to continue with treatment or services.
We will bill the insurance company for services and balances will be billed to the patients.
We understand that financial hardship may arise on a case by case basis. In the event of financial hardship, payment arrangements can be made.
